The FISA Amendments Act is corrupt beyond amendment. So, Rhode Island, it’s time to call Sheldon Whitehouse at (202) 224-2921 and tell him that you want him to defend the Constitution and vote NO on the FISA Amendments Act.
To vote for this bill was to insult the Constitution of the United States of America, and in doing so, to insult the USA itself. A vote in favor of this bill is a betrayal of the Oath of Office every member of Congress has taken. It is unpatriotic, and a grave breach of trust.
Imagine the corporations and the government following every move that you make as you go around the Internet, whether you use passwords to protect your privacy or not. Imagine this taking place without any search warrant, without any judicial review, and without any meaningful congressional oversight.
