There may be a great deal of talk in the coming weeks about a millionaire’s tax, but there will be no action. Republicans won’t budge, no matter how low Obama sets the limit on contributions from wealthy Americans.

The Obama plan would cut the amount of money going to Social Security and slash Medicare benefits. The Rebuild the American Dream Framework from the Congressional Progressive Caucus, however, would create jobs without sacrificing Medicare or Social Security.
