Is Boesch just another brick in the very shady wall of Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield donations, or just working for another one of his clients when he made that donation to Congressman Pence?

Mike Pence stands firmly against efforts to make the USA a more just and equitable nation. His policy positions may help him gain the favor of the corporations and lobbyists who can provide large amounts of money to a nationwide campaign, but whether they will earn him the support of the voters upon which his success must ultimately depend remains to be seen.

The same inconsistency is there when it comes to the relative power between federal and local governments. Right wing activists say that local governments should have power above the federal government’s power, when local governments want to deny people rights. When local governments seek to protect constitutional rights, however, the same right wing activists show no respect for local decisions.

One thing I would like to see us move towards would be a public works project act for strengthening our infrastructure. Barry Welsh: I think we have to look at our trade agreements. It’s my opinion that, most of the time, trade agreements in America are drawn up with the purpose of controlling wages, as opposed to being beneficial to consumer pricing, which is the guise that they’re done under.

I want to make sure that we’ve got all the people that have bent the law for their own benefit and taken advantage of the people, I want to make sure that we don’t allow those people to slip away again. Quite honestly, I have a feeling that the immunity through the telecom is more of a potential cover for the Administration than necessarily for the telecom community.

If an oil company isn’t even using the leases of public lands they already have, why should they take on yet more leases… unless what those oil companies really want to do is just squat on their leases of public lands with oil under them only in order to prevent the oil from being drilled, thus decreasing supply and artificially driving up the cost of petroleum products so that they can make a bigger profit without doing any more work.
