Jerry Moran, U.S. Senator from Kansas, will hold his pay-to-play fundraising event at The Broadmoor, a “5 star Colorado Springs resort is located on 3,000 lush acres” with a spa, golf and tennis, hot tubs and valet parking. If that seems far removed from the lifestyle of most families in Kansas, maybe that’s because Senator Moran’s fundraiser is far removed from Kansas itself.
