Vito Fossella Infidelity to the Constitution Matters More
Earlier this year, Vito Fossella introduced H.R.5440, a bill that would have allowed George W. Bush to conduct physical and electronic searches and spying operations against American citizens without establishing any just cause for those searches and spying operations. In other words, Fossella’s bill would have allowed the President of the United States to snoop in on the private affairs of American citizens on a whim.
