With just the three lobbyists who hosted Patty Murray’s fundraiser, the lobbying firm Avenue Solutions gave $15,000 to Senator Murray’s re-election campaign. Furthermore, the breakfast was actually held at Avenue Solution’s offices, creating an additional in-kind contribution.

Four Senate Democrats Support Bush Plan For Massive Electronic Spying Against You

The following four Democratic senators joined George W. Bush and the Senate Republicans to support the push for uncontrollable electronic spying against you by the government: Mary Landrieu, Mark Pryor, Ben Nelson and Blanche Lincoln. These four Democrats deserve to be turned out of office in shame by activists of their own party. They all have a disgraceful history of voting for right wing Republican interests, and against Democratic values over and over again.
