Josh Drake Missing Issues
In Arkansas, U.S. Representative Mike Ross is being challenged from the left by Green Party candidate Josh Drake. Drake’s campaign ought to be able to gain some traction, as Congressman Ross is one of the least progressive Democrats in the House of Representatives.
Like most candidates for public office, Drake has demonstrated confidence in his campaign’s position. That confidence comes in the face of the fact that no Green Party candidate has ever won an election to a seat in Congress. Drake declares, “I have the lowest unfavorable numbers of anyone in the race. Also the lowest name recognition. Let’s get the word out.”
Getting the word out ought to begin with Josh Drake himself, of course. That’s where the Drake for Congress campaign faces a little hiccup. Drake’s supporters may not know quite what to get the word out about. The issues page on the Drake campaign web site is currently missing – completely blank.
Voters in the 4th congressional district of Arkansas who are interested in where Josh Drake stands can start by taking a look at the Green New Deal, which Drake has endorsed. However, if Drake wants to get very far in this year’s election, he’s going to have to do more than just pointing to someone else’s plan. He’s going to have to speak for himself.

The debate is now online at my web site so everyone can compare the candidates.
