Sander Hicks Brings Satanic Conspiracy Theories To Green Party

Posted on April 24 2010 by Congress Watcher

With both U.S. senators from New York State up for re-election this year, there’s a lot of interesting political activity going on in the Empire State this year. One of the more peculiar nooks in the Empire State’s senatorial campaigns has been created by Sander Hicks, the Green Party nominee to challenge incumbent Democrat Charles Schumer.

Sander Hicks isn’t just any run-of-the-mill progressive Green Party candidate. In fact, Hicks says that he rejects the distinction between right wing and left wing, and seeks to establish a new voice that incorporates elements of what have been regarded as the political philosophies of the Right and Left. He also seeks to represent issues that are in the mainstream of neither the Left nor the Right.

One of these new issues is 9/11 Truth. The idea that the American government, involved in elaborate international conspiracies, was responsible for the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, rather than Osama Bin Laden and Al Quaeda, forms the foundation for the political identity that Sander Hicks brings to his senatorial campaign. Hicks has articles published on the topic of 9/11 Truth at the Guerilla Underground Network, Alternet, and 911Blogger.com

Another idea from outside of the mainstream Sander Hicks keeps coming back to in his political material is the idea that there’s an ongoing satanic conspiracy that is secretly shaping much of the political activity we see in the United States. Hicks recently gave a presentation in which he referred to the “Satanic Criminality of Bush”. He writes of “satanic cults, black ops, and sexual abuse of children in order to shock them into mental trauma and a slavish-state of submission.” He has posted a 9/11 conspiracy theory written by dentist David Graham that involves a young woman in Texas being run out of town by “Satanic cult leaders” who were angry at her for “ripping off their Satanic paraphernalia”.

Sander Hicks isn’t someone who has merely hijacked the weak Green Party in order to promote himself. Hicks has a seat on the New York State Green Party’s State Committee.

I’d like to hear from other members of the New York Greens how they think that conspiracy theories about Satan and September 11 are going to help them successfully challenge Charles Schumer and expand their political party.

There is an additional danger to conspiracy theories beyond the harm they do to innocent individuals; the more outlandish ones create the popular impression that therefore conspiracies do not exist. There is no doubt that the government exploited 9/11 to suit their purposes, including invading Iraq to get Halliburton more oil contracts. However, that in no way constitutes evidence that the government was responsible for the attack itself.

I have enough problems here in Texas running for the State Board of Education to reverse their making history classes to be fiction far beyond Mark Twain’s “lies agreed to”. Hicks isn’t helping me with this.

If anyone is concerned about my battle, since this generally affects most of the textbooks in the US, you can publish both my website and the fact that my PayPal account is Paul Cardwell, hippogriffpub@yahoo.com. Remember Greens only take money from real live humans and no more than $1,000 from any one of those – regardless of what the Supreme Court says about corporations being persons.

Another touching tidbit about Sander Hicks: Incompetent publisher who stiffed his writers.

“This happened to many authors at Soft Skull Press under former publisher Sander Hicks. Hicks, the son of an economist at the World Bank and an outspoken socialist, ran Soft Skull until August of 2001, when, under pressure from Soft Skull’s board, he announced that he would take an indefinite leave of absence and moved to his aunt’s house on Long Island. Richard Nash, the company’s chairman of the board, took over as the new publisher and soon unearthed what can best be described as a disaster.”

You should read the Franklin Scandal by Nick Bryant to have some real idea of what Sander is talking about. The adjective ‘satanic’ is admittedly loaded term but there is real evidence of ‘satanic’ ritual abuse see also information about The Finders who have been protected by the CIA.

Yes, Rick, the term satanic is loaded, and with the way that right wing extremists have a history of coming up with false stories of satanic ritual abuse, satanic is a term no politician should use. It ruins his credibility.

What about the goings on at Bohemian Grove? The Franklin Scandal, and the Finders? These are real stories but you’ll find there’s a mainstream media cover up involved in them allowing good people to deny that weird sh*t like this goes on. I’d read Bryant’s book before dismissing SH’s allegations out of hand. Also check out Temple of Set founder Michael A. Aquino, his is an interesting story. Also there are allegation of satanic abuse at Abu Graib as part of their ‘advanced interrogation techniques’ (aka Torture). Read the Torture Memo and interviews with John Yoo if you want to hear something truly ‘satanic’ – he said crushing the testicles of detainee’s children is permissible during torture.

That said it makes no sense for SH to run Green Party or vice versa – SH doesn’t have a chance in hell of winning this race anyway. He could act as a spoiler, which would be a good thing – no more Chuckie.

The page below has some links to good information but may also contain disinfo – this subject, the blackmail/compromise of our politicians and other leaders, is frought with misinfo/disinfo as it is a main front in the battle against the corruption given legitimacy by intelligence agencies around the world.

Rick, while there may be stories about satanic abuse at Abu Ghraib, there is not evidence of it. There is an “allegation”, which only means that someone says that something happened. Allegations are easy to make. I can make an allegation that you’re growing marijuana in your basement. Evidence is something else.

The torture of detainees is bad enough. There’s no reason to go in for crazy conspiracy theories about Satan.

You want me to go into the Bohemian Grove and the Franklin Scandal and the Finders? I’ll tell you what. Why don’t you give me a bit more time to review available materials, and I’ll get back to you and the Temple of Set about it.
