John Culberson only introduces bills that don’t do anything
Republican Representative John Culberson of Texas was first elected to Congress back in the year 2000. He’s had a decade to think things over and come up with some ideas. But John Culberson is still lingering in the mulling phase. He’s only introduced two bills in the 111th Congress: one a bill to congratulate the United States for landing on the moon 40 years ago, and the other a bill to voice disapproval of an agreement between the United States and Mexico that had already occurred. Neither of these bills actually do anything. For all his time in Congress, John Culberson is not actually doing anything.
