Gregg Harper Is A Rep Without A Cause
What has Gregg Harper, U.S. Representative for the 3rd congressional district in Mississippi, done with the power granted to him in his elected position?
He’s had a handful of photographs taken of him with constituents. He’s gone to a baseball game. He’s given a speech praising his district for raising a lot of chickens. He’s gone to a prayer meeting with the 2005 NFL MVP.
However, in the six months that the 111th Congress has been in session, Representative Harper hasn’t written a single bill to make things better for the American people. Harper hasn’t even cosponsored any bills that were written by other members of Congress.
