It will be interesting to see whether he supports S. 1686, the JUSTICE Act, given his <a href="http://www.broadbandreports.com/forum/r23073287-Al-Franken-Reads-the-4th-Amendment-to-DoJ-Official" rel="nofollow">reading of the 4th Amendment</a> to a testifying official from the DOJ. Notably, Al Franken has refused as Senator to nail down his position regarding the FISA Amendments Act.
