Senator Hillary Clinton has promised to help support a filibuster of the FISA Amendments Act, a bill which would enable physical and electronic searches without a warrant and also makes challenges to the constitutionality of warrantless searches illegal. Senator Barack Obama has promised to support the filibuster as well. Will they follow through and actually show up for their jobs as senators today? Or is the protection and defense of liberty in America just too much of a bother for these highly ambitious politicians?
